Notice of the NMPA on the Release of the List of Medical Devices Exempted from Clinical Evaluation (No. 19, 2025)

In order to do a good job in the management of medical device registration, in accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Medical Device Registration and Filing" (Order No. 47 of the State Administration for Market Regulation), the NMPA has organized the revision of the "List of Medical Devices Exempted from Clinical Evaluation (2023)" (Announcement No. 33 of 2023 of the National Medical Products Administration). The "List of Medical Devices Exempted from Clinical Evaluation (2025)" has been formed and is hereby released and shall come into effect as of the date of released.
